The hotel's location is AMAZING!!! It is near the Galata area and right in front of the Bosphorus. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff are very accommodating.
The room's bathroom sink was clogged. I did not like that I was not provided with a curb, even though they put one in the first room. The new room has no view.

A Charming Experience!

The location was unbeatable. I found it very convenient to access major tourist attractions. The room was always clean, and all I needed was available. I enjoyed going to the recreation facility SPA. The rooftop restaurant is AMAZING!!!
The water in the shower is unstable. It alternates from warm to hot. Shower drain issues exist.

the location is very nice. the rooftop restaurant have very nice view. the stuff is super nice, always ready to help.
the pillows was so hard, i could not sleep the first night. i had to ask the receptionist to get me a soft pillow, and they did. we took 3 rooms and all of us had the same problem with the cleanness of the room. everything was dusty. they should focus more on that.
